Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance
How would you pay your bills if you were suddenly diagnosed with cancer and couldn鈥檛 work? Critical illness insurance doesn't pay your medical bills. It pays you if you鈥檙e diagnosed with a covered illness. The benefit is paid directly to you and you choose how to spend it.
What鈥檚 Covered?
Critical illness can vary widely from one another. Some may focus on a single specific diagnosis, while others may provide you with coverage for a range of possible diagnoses, such as:

The Wellness Benefit
Enrollees of the Accident, Hospital and Critical Illness plans may receive a wellness benefit of $50 per enrolled person per plan! Each member can claim one of the covered screenings once per year.
For example, a member enrolled in Accident plan submits a covered screening then the member would receive $50!
Filing a Claim for Wellness Benefit
To get the $50 Wellness Benefit, register for a Sun Life Account, then log-in and click 鈥渟ubmit a claim鈥 then select 鈥渁 wellness / cancer screening benefit claim鈥 and follow the prompts!聽
